ACM Officer Meeting Minutes

Call to order

An officier meeting of WVU ACM Student Chapter was held at Evansdale Crossing on 09/24/2018 .

Attendees

Attendees included Di Pang, Rebekah Kambara, Mohammad Ahmad and Zoe Delilo.

Reports

We discussed possible events for this semester. Rebekah suggested hosting an semin about developing an Android APP, which we all agreed. If it turned successful, we can have a second one and possibly make it member exclusive. (MJ suggested a seminar about Advanced Data Base in the future). Zoe suggested going to the Trunk or Treat Event on 10/30. MJ was interested in going to Fall Family Weekend Saturday, Sep 29 from 10 AM to 1 PM, which is also SAC hour eligible. We agree to have a follow-up meeting among officers between 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm on Wednesday, 10/03/2018. Rebekah is also working on the ACM website about CS courses info.
