ACM Officer Meeting Minutes

Call to order

An officer meeting of WVU ACM Student Chapter was held at Advanced Engineering Research Building 138D on 10/02/2018 .

Attendees

Attendees included Di Pang, Rebekah Kambara, Catherine Hines, Mohammad Ahmad and Zoe Delilo.

Reports

We discussed the Android App Development Workshop. The event advertisements will include: Engineering ENews, Mix News, Information Stations, Mix Calendar, and traditional fliers. Zoe will take care of advertising with Engineering ENews. Catherine will take care of advertising with Mix News. Rebekah will take care of advertising on the Information Stations. MJ will take care of advertising on the Mix Calendar. Di will print off 50 fliers and provide some for each person to post. Rebekah is waiting to hear back on approval from the website. Discover WVU Day is coming up on Saturday, October 13. This event is SAC hour eligible and lunch is provided.
